Accessibility statement

Last reviewed: October 1, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use tiblogics.com and the AI Academy (ARFA), including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification, captions or speech. This statement explains what we do, what we know is not yet right, and how to reach us.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We consider the site partially conformant: most pages meet the standard, and the exceptions are listed below.

What you can use in the AI Academy

  • Listen: every lesson can be read aloud by your device, in English or French, with pause, speed control and the current sentence highlighted. Code and exercises are skipped.
  • Reading preferences: a dyslexia-friendly or high-legibility font, larger text, more line, letter and word spacing, high contrast, reduced motion and a focus mode that hides side panels.
  • Accessibility mode in your account settings: larger text and touch targets, stronger focus outlines, no animation, and 50% extra time on final exams.
  • Everything works with a keyboard. A skip link jumps past the menu, focus is always visible, and full-screen tools and dialogs keep focus inside until you close them with Escape.
  • Lesson videos have captions and a full transcript, and each lesson can be read as text instead.
  • The site is available in English, French and Swahili, and each page declares its language so screen readers pronounce it correctly.

How we test

We check key pages with the axe-core automated checker in English and French, on desktop and phone widths, then walk through lessons, quizzes and labs with the keyboard only. We repeat these checks when we change those pages.

Known limitations

  • Answers written by AI tools (the tutor, practice pad and lab feedback) can contain formatting that is harder to follow with a screen reader. You can ask the tutor to answer in plain text.
  • Some embedded third-party content, such as external videos and payment pages, is outside our control and may not meet the standard.
  • Listen uses the voices installed on your device. Some devices have no French voice, and a few browsers do not support reading aloud, in which case the button is hidden.
  • A few Studio exercises use drag and drop. Each one also offers buttons or menus that do the same thing without dragging.
  • The staff administration area has not yet been fully reviewed.
