AI Graveyard Report (AGR Score™)Privacy Policy

Operated by TILO GROUP, LLC under the TIBLOGICS brand · Effective date: October 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Graveyard Report (AGR Score™) ("AGR", "we", "us", or "our"), a TIBLOGICS product operated by TILO GROUP, LLC, handles information when you use AGR. AGR is designed to help users evaluate follow-through on substantive projects started or developed with AI.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the AI Graveyard Report product and its related plugin or skill experiences. AGR may operate within third-party AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Codex. Those platforms have their own privacy practices and terms, which also apply to information they process. This policy describes AGR's own intended data practices and does not replace the privacy policies of those platforms.

2. Information AGR May Process

When you intentionally run AGR, the AI platform may make information available to the AGR skill that is relevant to producing your report. Depending on the platform, your permissions, and what is available in the current session, this may include project-related conversation content, project or deliverable names, dates of activity, counts or indicators of exchanges and active days, project status or outcome evidence, whether a project appears connected to a real-world purpose, and information you voluntarily provide when updating a project's status.

AGR is designed to use only information that is available to the skill through the platform or that you intentionally provide. AGR must not claim to have scanned a source, such as Codex history, when that source was not actually available.

3. How We Use Information

AGR processes available project information to identify qualifying projects, calculate or support calculation of AGR Score™ and Project Scores using the AGR methodology, classify projects as Shipped, Alive, Stalled, or Buried, generate report metrics and basic patterns, allow you to confirm or update project status, create a redacted or privacy-safe Share Card when requested, and improve the reliability, security, and operation of the AGR experience where permitted.

AGR is intended to measure project follow-through. It is not designed to determine a person's intelligence, worth, character, or overall job performance.

4. ChatGPT and Codex Sources

AGR may be used across supported OpenAI surfaces. Availability of information can differ by surface. ChatGPT history and Codex history should not be assumed to be the same source or automatically available to each other.

When AGR has authorized access to more than one supported source, it may combine relevant evidence about the same substantive project to avoid double-counting. If a source is unavailable, AGR should base the report only on the information it can actually access and should disclose that limitation when relevant.

5. Data Minimization

AGR is designed to collect or process only the information reasonably necessary to produce the requested report. Users should not provide passwords, authentication secrets, financial account credentials, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for an AGR report.

AGR does not require access to a repository, local folder, private workspace, or connected service solely for scoring unless the user has intentionally authorized the relevant access through the platform and that information is needed for the requested AGR function.

6. Storage and Retention

The free AGR skill is designed primarily to analyze information made available within the user's AI-platform session and generate the requested report. TILO GROUP, LLC does not intend to independently create a separate permanent copy of a user's complete ChatGPT or Codex history merely because the user runs AGR.

Information may still be stored or retained by the AI platform on which AGR is used according to that platform's own policies and user settings. If future AGR Pro, Teams, Enterprise, or other hosted services store information on TIBLOGICS-controlled systems, the applicable product disclosures and this policy will be updated before or when those practices are introduced.

Where TILO GROUP, LLC directly receives personal information for support, security, account administration, or another disclosed purpose, it will be retained only as reasonably necessary for that purpose, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the service.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information obtained through AGR. We do not use AGR project information for third-party behavioral advertising.

Information may be disclosed to service providers acting on our behalf when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or support the service; when required by law, legal process, or valid governmental request; to protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of users, TILO GROUP, LLC, TIBLOGICS, or others; or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections.

Third-party AI platforms may independently process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Share Cards and Redaction

AGR can provide redacted or public-safe outputs when supported. A Share Card is intended to omit project names and detailed project lists while presenting selected high-level AGR results.

You are responsible for deciding whether to publish or distribute a Share Card or other AGR output. Before sharing any output publicly, review it to ensure that it does not contain information you consider confidential or identifying.

9. User Choices and Controls

Depending on the platform and AGR feature, users may choose not to run AGR, limit the information they provide, request redacted project names, request a public-safe Share Card, correct or update a project's status, stop an interactive project-update process, and use the privacy or data controls provided by the underlying AI platform.

Requests concerning personal information held directly by TILO GROUP, LLC may be submitted using the contact information below. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

10. Corporate and Team Use

Future AGR Teams or Enterprise products may offer aggregate organizational analytics and, under appropriate permissions and organizational policies, selected individual-level information. Those products should provide additional notices and controls appropriate to their data practices.

AGR is not intended to be used as a secret employee-surveillance system. Organizations using AGR should provide appropriate transparency and comply with applicable employment, privacy, and data-protection requirements. AGR Score™ measures project follow-through and should not be treated as a standalone measure of employee performance, intelligence, effort, or value.

11. Children's Privacy

AGR is not designed for the purpose of collecting personal information from children. If we learn that personal information from a child has been provided directly to TILO GROUP, LLC through AGR in a manner that requires deletion under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address it.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the service to protect information under our control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. International and U.S. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning personal information, which can include rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain information about certain processing. Where such rights apply to information controlled directly by TILO GROUP, LLC, you may contact us to make a request.

Information processed by a third-party AI platform remains subject to that platform's applicable privacy controls and procedures.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as AGR evolves, including when new products such as AGR Pro, AGR Teams, or AGR Enterprise introduce materially different data practices. The effective date at the top of the policy will be updated when appropriate. Material changes may be communicated through the product or website where required.
