AI Graveyard Report (AGR Score™)Terms of Use

AGR reviews information about projects you started or developed with AI that is made available to it within your AI-platform session, identifies substantive projects, and produces a report with an AGR Score™ from 0 to 100, a score for each project, a status for each project (Shipped, Alive, Stalled or Buried), follow-through metrics and suggestions.

AGR measures project follow-through only. It is not a measure of your intelligence, worth, character, effort or job performance, and it must not be used as the sole basis for any decision about a person.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract to use AGR. You must also meet the eligibility requirements of the AI platform on which you use AGR.

AGR runs inside third-party AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Codex and Claude. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which apply in addition to these Terms. We do not control those platforms, their availability, the information they make available to AGR, or how they store or process your information.

If a platform changes, limits or removes features AGR relies on, AGR may stop working in whole or in part on that platform.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use AGR for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may not sell, resell, sublicense, rent or commercially redistribute AGR; copy, modify or republish its prompts, scoring method or instructions as your own product; remove or alter its copyright, trademark or authorship notices; or represent a modified version as the official AGR Score™.

You agree not to use AGR to analyse another person's conversations or projects without their knowledge and any consent required by law; to monitor employees, students or others secretly; to process information you have no right to use; to provide passwords, authentication secrets, financial account credentials, government identification numbers or other sensitive information that is not needed for a report; to break the law or any platform's rules; or to attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or misuse AGR or the platforms it runs on.

Organisations that use AGR with their people must give appropriate notice, follow applicable employment, privacy and data-protection law, and must not treat an AGR Score™ as a standalone measure of performance.

You keep all rights you have in your conversations, project information and anything you provide to AGR. You are responsible for having the right to provide that information.

Your reports are yours to use. Before you share a report or a Share Card publicly, review it to make sure it does not contain information you consider confidential or identifying. AGR's redaction and Share Card features are designed to hide project names, but you remain responsible for what you publish.

In ChatGPT and Codex, AGR sends the project facts it has established, not your conversations, to our calculation service so your scores are calculated with the official AGR methodology. Our handling of information, including that service, is described in the AGR Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

AGR uses a fixed scoring method, but its results depend on the information the platform makes available in your session, which may be incomplete, and on AI processing, which can make mistakes. Scores, statuses and suggestions are provided for reflection and self-improvement only and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

You can correct a project's status when AGR asks, and you should verify anything important. AGR is not professional, financial, legal, medical, employment or career advice.

AGR, the AGR Score™ and AI Graveyard Report names and marks, the scoring method, prompts, instructions, design and related materials belong to TILO GROUP, LLC, TIBLOGICS and their licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. AGR was created by Tieyiwe Bassole. Except for the licence in Section 4, no rights are granted to you.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

The AGR skill and plugin are currently provided free of charge. Your AI platform may charge for its own plans or usage. If we offer paid AGR products in the future, such as AGR Pro, Teams or Enterprise, their prices and any additional terms will be presented before you buy.

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue AGR, or any part of it, at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law or by a platform.

You may stop using AGR at any time by not running it and by removing or disabling it in your AI platform. Sections 6 to 8 and 11 to 15 survive termination.

AGR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AGR WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR AVAILABLE ON ANY PARTICULAR PLATFORM, OR THAT ITS RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TILO GROUP, LLC, TIBLOGICS AND THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OPPORTUNITY OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO AGR OR THESE TERMS, OR FROM RELIANCE ON ANY REPORT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO AGR OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR AGR IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TILO GROUP, LLC and TIBLOGICS from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of AGR, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including the rights of anyone whose information you processed with AGR.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@tiblogics.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, in Montgomery County, Maryland, USA, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action.

Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live.

These Terms, together with the AGR Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about AGR. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We may update these Terms as AGR evolves. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, give notice through the product or this website where required. Continued use of AGR after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
